Does anyone know what is causing this to happen to Matthews Low Voc Gloss Clear coat after applied? All other topcoats and also Matte and Satin Clear coats spray on perfect. The Gloss is the only one this is happening to. It looks like solvent popping. It is over the entire surface. What can I try to resolve this?
