Mimaki 3042 HG is dead

hello, i'm kind a freak out right now, my mimaki 3042hg is dead, it doesn't boot correctly and mimaki doens't haave any support service in my city

i turn on the machine but it got blocked here

no beep, no error, nothing, just freeze with that line

maybe is the mainboard, is there any way i can fix de mainboard?
