Mimaki CG 130 FX Bootup Problem

Our Mimaki CG 130 FX plotter when booted up looks as if it's going into the firmware transmit mode. Has anyone had this problem? We cannot use it because it will not get out of this mode. Any help would be appreciated.

I own a a CJV30-130 I had majour issues and even had the printer loading firmware up of a different model machine. I have ended up with a brand new main board :(

if you can you could download the latest firmware then upload it to the machine, Holding a compination of < and > allows you to enter the mode and this allowed teh enginner to update the firmware from the pc..
