Mimaki CG130SR3 Registration Mark Error

My new Mimaki plotter just came in. I've been using a CG160FX for years.
I think that I have turned all of the correct registration settings on. The laser is trying to recognize the registration mark but I keep getting an error code c36.

Please tell me that there is someone out there with a CG130SR3 that can help me make this thing recognize the registration marks.

* check the crop mark
it has to be printed black on white sticker without blur print

* make sure u have printed the same style of crop mark which is set in the machine.

* make sure the 1st and 2nd crop mark are aligned straight.

* set the speed limit 50cm/sec

* if u r trying with more than 1 set, now try with one set & check.
