Selling a 54” Mimaki CJV300-130, located in N Central WI
We updated to a 160+ model to run wider material material, we were going to keep it in service, but we really don’t need two, so it’ needs a new home.
Clean, well maintained, about 9 years old, been here since new.
Both heads replaced about 5 years ago.
Head #1 was replaced again just a few months ago due to head delaminating.
Head #2 is starting to give print issues and showing signs of delaminating too now. It takes a few cleanings to get it up & running, and colors are mixing, so that one will need replacing. I kept the old head we just replaced for the memory board (cuts replacement cost by over a grand buying without the memory, which is why I hung on to it). With Rasterlink, head 2 can be disabled, so it can be used till it’s replaced (albeit slower than using both heads).
Other than the head, everything works as it should. The cutter was only used a couple of times, so cutting strip, blade, and holder are like new yet.
Set up for CMYK, no special colors, but can be converted, has the lines and pumps for recirculating metallic & white, but never hooked up.
Includes a full box set Rasterlink 6.
Was never abused, still has a lot of life left, we just don’t need two printers, would rather see it go to good use.
It’s been out of service for several weeks, plugged in, going through refresh hourly & daily clean cycles, test prints performed every few days. Currently, head 1 is flawless, head 2 takes a couple cleanings to get it back.
