Mimaki CJV300 head problem when printing

Hello,

I recently bought a used Mimaki CJV300-160 Plus, head 1 is oke but head 2 seems to have a problem. If i print only with head one then the prints are good but if i print with the second head also the lines are way off and blurry. I already did the drop position calibration but that also seems to have a problem. Value are totaly out of control and some even not calibratable because i must go over the 40 value that couldn't be done. I think head 2 needs to be aligned with head one. Somebody can help me with this problem?

Update with photo of the drop position test, you can see a curve in the line of head 2 so that scares me, test print of the heads seems to be oke
