Need Help Mimaki JFX200Ex-2513

Hi everyone! Recently, our JFX200EX-2513 started acting a little weird. When I do a nozzle check in the morning, everything seems fine, with only a few missing nozzles here and there. However, after printing a full bed of items, the prints still look good, but when I do another nozzle check afterward, practically all of the nozzles on Head 1 are missing. After a soft clean, they come back.

So far, I’ve run an air purge, nozzle clean, and sub-tank fill-up. I also checked the pressure, and both seem to fluctuate around .02 from the target values.

I was wondering if anyone has any ideas about what might be going on or where I should start troubleshooting.

Could be an issue of ink starvation, possibly partially clogged subtank filters. Subtanks are only $150-ish, so not a terribly expensive part to try. If it was both head 1/2 and a particular color, I'd try the ink supply filters, but those are messy to change and around $100/per.

Thank you! Would you happen to know how much the service manual differs between the Ex and non Ex version? i only have the non Ex version of it.

Mostly different in the head carriage area, frame, most of the electronics and all that are similar. EX has more pumps/lines as well.
