Mimaki jfx500 gen5 misfire

Hello all,

I have a problem with misfire (magenta). Is it possible to fix this or do I need to buy the new print heads?

In my experience it's pretty hard to recover these heads once they get deflecting nozzles like that. You can try doing nozzle washes or even flush the whole system but most likely you just need a new head. If you haven't changed the primary filters in over a year, you might change those as well to prevent similar issues in the future.
