Need Help Mimaki JV-200-160. Pre Rip disappears.

I respect the knowledge in this forum. I hope you can help.
everything was fine and all of the sudden, bringing a job into RasterLink7, the job pre rips but then just disappears.
I cant figure out what happened, any suggestions are appreciated

Check printer management and make sure the interface is set right, whether it be USB or ethernet, it might be set to File.

Thank you for pointing me in the right direction, I found the Printer Management, and it is set to USB even though I'm using ethernet, I'm trying to get it set to Ethernet but it wont

Youll probably need to delete the printer from printer management and reinstall it.
