We were printing a seris of posters which were looked good. We started the last one and the print was skewed. We have tried a general clean up as well as cleaning the encoding strip, changing material and printing a know good file. Any help as to what we cnad do next to troubleshoot would be very much appriciated. I have attached photos of what the output looks like.

encoder sensor might have a lint-ball inside of it. its the U-shaped clip mounted on the back of the carriage, towards the right-side, that scans the encoder strip as it travels left/right.
