So I have a JV3-160S I have bought a bulk ink setup and ive not installed it. Right now im on 20/20 ink from Grimco, today my black ink that registered 6 all of a sudden when to near end, and then out. I removed the cartridge and there is plenty left in it. I have had this happen before with the 20/20 inks and they always send me a complimentary cartridge out. Being a Saturday on a Holiday weekend, im not gonna have ink for a while, so I thought I'd try one of my permanent chips, but it does not read. My question is, what do i need to do to get it to work? I really thought it was a plug and play deal! Should have know better!
