Does anyone know how to fix this head? I have all nozzles but it is not right.

In this situation I would normally check the pressure adjustment to make sure it's in range, run an air purge, manually clean the cap tops, wiper, and head surface where the cap top seals, then run a nozzle wash. You have deflecting nozzles which means either the pressure isn't enough to properly fire the head and/or the nozzle are partially clogged.
