Need Help Mimaki TX300P-1800 CTRL TASK ERROR 0

Hi all,

I have 2 mimaki tx300p-1800, one of which is currently down.
Attempted to change a print head but forgot to turn the power off..
The machine will now not get past the BOOT screen when powering up, showing code CTRL TASK ERR? STATE 0
Ive had an independednt engineer out who has advised it could be a case of re installing the software but Im not sure how to go about this.
Any advise would be very much appriciated!
Also looking for a copy of the engineers manual for this machine for future repairs.

Might need a tech to reflash firmware or parameters. Lack the manual for the TX300P-1800, but checked the error for the TS300-1800P. Not quite the same printer however.
