mimaki ujf3042 fx double print

Hi there! I just started running my new Mimaki ujf3042-fx printer im having problems with the printing, it keeps printing everything doubled and on top of each other also its not a layered file its a single file I am printing. This is the second ujf printer I have but never had any problem like this with the previous one. Both mimaki printers are running on the same pc. Any suggestions or solutions I can try?

maybe a photo would help. is double-strike (or whatever it may be called in your RIP) turned on?

I cant seem to upload the image, the website isn't allowing me to. But my "double strike" is not turned on. So u can kinda get an image of my print it starts off over lapping so ill have two number ones overlapping each other and then it seems as if the second image the numbers are next to each other like this 11. as if they are spacing apart the 3rd fourth fifth etc.. images are all next to each other (I print 8 images at a time)
