Mounting Question

Hi guys,

Yesterday we met a client who asked for brass lettering mounted on their awning like in the attached photos.
Do you guys have any suggestions on how to do mounting like that?
We were thinking either HDU, Aluminum, or PVC materials for the actual lettering, but we're not sure -- what do you guys suggest?
