MovingTips on a Mimaki UCJV300-160 printer

Any tips on moving a Mimaki UCJV300-160 printer - no loading docks either location.
We will lock heads in place with cardboard and have a lift tail gate on a rental truck. We can wheel the printer (on its existing wheels or put it on a 8 foot skid) to the lift truck and on to the lift - but since the printer is so wide it will be tricky to turn it to go into the back of the truck. We dont want to tip the unit as that will cause problems and extra maintenance. Anyone had the pleasure of this exercise?
Notes: We are moving to a new location in town about 15 miles away.
