Question MUSE 24 media roller "too loose"

Ok this may be a silly question, and I couldn't find any threads that mentioned this, and it is probably not just with Muse, but it's what I have.
I recently upgraded from a VE Lynx cutter to a Muse cutter.
The way VE Lynx media (vinyl rolls) get loaded on the cutter, was it had "wheels" were stuck into the ends of the vinyl rolls, and they rolled on rollers, you could set the distance between the rollers and location of the vinyl roll, along the cutter.
This seemed to keep the vinyl on the roller, as it had some resistance.

The Muse just has "media rollers", where you put the viny right on a roller (vs wheels riding on top of rollers).
This works fine as far as cutting, but my issue is, it is so loose/free, the vinyl literally unravels behind the cutter from it's own weight.
Unless I'm missing something about how to use the Muse rollers, I'm not sure what to do about it.

Has anyone had an issue like this and have a suggestion how to resolve it?
Are there any tricks to make these not so loose?
Am I missing something with the Muse cutter? (not a lot of info on the media rollers)

Thanks in advance
