Mutoh 1204 KCMY S/C Readerr - Please Help

Hello Fellows:

Please I need your help in resolving my issue. I have a weird problem. When I turn the printer on, it says, insert cleaning cartridges. After I install the cartridges, it displays [KCMY] S/C Readerr. Please, How can i solve this error. Sometimes, it just displays the [M] S/C Readerr.

Before this problem, the error message was [y] ink end. I changed the color ID for Yellow.
