Hi Guys,
So I have a Mutoh 1628x 7 color fig . There was a brown out about a month and a half ago... My printer stopped printing ( still turned on but no ink would drop through the head while printing ) . While speaking to the dealer ( Solvent Inkjet ) they suggested I check the fuses on the main board . When I did the fuse was blown behind the big heat sink . As soon as I changed that ...it started throwing an error for CR blown fuse . So I talked to them and they suggested changing that fuse . I did that same error . So they suggested I change the CR Board itself . I did that . As soon as I did that .. a new error popped up E-152 , so they suggested I change the mainboard . So I did that( no more errors whatsoever ) . I also put a new power board ( power supply in there as well ) at that point I thought I was in the clear . Ink was pulling through the head with a recharge , but it would not print a nozzle check , nor print anything . This time I called them and they suggested a new print head because that would be all that could be left . So I did that . Followed the maintenance book to a t - used a longstore function cleared out the old head replaced with new head . Did a charge everything was pulling through . But again no nozzle check or printing . Can anyone offer some insight to what it might be ? I am baffled at this .
