Any ideas regarding the material in the attached picture? Looks almost like a jersey type material.

For reference, banner is 3' across in the picture.

Bonus points: Any chance of getting something like this that can be solvent or UV printed, or is this generally only a dye-sub type deal?

These will be used as fence banners outside for an event, and I'm assuming re-used if they survive the event.

Air mesh, polyester. You want to dye sub it to get good penetration. And It will pass ink through like crazy so you can't run it on normal printer without ink collection.
