Need a Roland Service Tech

Hello, Im new to this Forum (and new to wide format printing). We have a Roland SG540 that we bought for printing Heat Press Items, Banners and Signs. The problem is that we did not use it enough and after upgrading to the TR2 Ink, we fond that the Cyan ink started clogging. I hav tried cleaning it many times and have had no luck unclogging the print head. I need a Roland Tech in the Metro Detroit area to either clean it or replace it. Not having any luck. The numbers I have called do not service Roland Printers. Thanks!
