Talk to signs365, The have the stuff. You could just have them cut up a 4'x8' sheet for you and then you would have it. I myself order the actual signs from them. I fill up a sheet, custom cut!

We usually get 4 x 8 sheets and cut them down as needed with our sheer. We don't have the ability to cut slots or round corners. Also, we get various small orders throughout the year (1-10). The vendor we had been getting these from stopped doing them so....

Hmm we do have an agreement with a local vendor that does our occasional pvc ACM/MaxMetal shape cuts. We have the sheet shipped directly to them and they keep any drops. Might be worth it to check with them.
Now I'm being told "we'll talk them into 3mm MaxMetal instead of the alum"
