Need Help From Someone with a 4over Premier Account

I need a custom quote but I'm only an "associate" and thus I can't request one. The project I have needs to be on 14pt 6" x 12" 4/4 with spot UV on both sides and a perforation down the middle (to create two 6" x 6" cards when torn apart). The quantity that my client has requested is 1500 and 10,000 so I guess we should ask for pricing on 1000, 2500, and 10,000.
