I seriously doubt ..that is a font ... the Cs and H are hand drawn.... because even the convexing normaly does not have lines in ligther areas ..nor does the crossstroke of H end up in the center unless for a reason in design... this was done on a drafting board perhaps

All straight lines. Draw it faster than you could find the font, if it is a font.
