Need help Mimaki jv400LX/ Ricoh l4160

Hello all,
So I got this mimaki jv400LX / Ricoh l4160 to start printing again but i can’t get a clean print when I use black or dark colors. It tends to “over spray” darker colors AND the orange and black test prints are crooked for some reason. Apparently the black losing the bottom right corner is a common issue but no one has had experience with it not printing correctly. Any help is appreciated at this point. Unfortunately a new print isn’t an option at the moment due to the cost.

Have you done an air purge at all? Usually that's where I start with these Ricoh heads.

I have but I’m almost 90% sure I did not do it correctly. I tried calling you guys for help again earlier in the day haha
