Need help, terrible printing after TV2 upgrade on VG-540i

Hello and thanks for your help. Recently updated my VG-540 to the TV2 inkset, firmware and Versaworks per Roland instructions. Now have blotchy prints and banding. Have calibrated machine, cleaned a few times and tried 4-5 different profiles - all the same. Any suggestions?

Show test print. Seems like your magenta head didn't enjoy the upgrade.
Might be that you need to flush more. Or at least try to do damper fill.

I have seen where someone said to do another damper fill but i cannot find how to do that. Let me know, if you know. I will probably change out the cap tops as well.

From that test print, the first magenta head has a bunch of missing nozzles and some deflections, which is probably part of the cause.
