Need help with some Graphtec FC 9000 and Caldera issues...willing to pay for time

I am looking for someone who uses a Graphtec FC 9000 with Caldera to run me through some issues via FaceTime. I am willing to pay for someones time if they are willing to get on the phone with me.

I am fairly familar with it, and I run on a graphtec 6000 and 8600 what kind of issues are you having?

So I was on an 8600 and I am just trying to get the 9000 working. Just updated caldera, my os, and the firmware. It basically says connecting then blanks and does nothing. I have it set to usb link. Switched that cord. Now the cutting window won't even open in caldera and keeps saying please restart.

miracle of miracles...it just started working. I basically reset up the cutter for the millionth time and it worked for some reason.
