Need some help!!!

I'm trying to print brown and its printing green???? YIKES!!!

Whats wrong?


I did a cleaning and a nossel check all the heads are firing correct.
 
I did just notice this.

When I did the nossel check the magenta looks black???

I did just change this M cartridge.. what could have happen?

Take the magenta dampers out and use a syringe to pull clean ink through the line. New dampers are cheap.... just replace them.

If that does not fix it then you may have a bad print head. You may also have a bad maint station. Sponge swells, touches head, then contaminates other lines.
 
Thanks. I believe there was some cross comtamination when the old magenta ran out. I did a little charge and now am prinitg solid magenta and it is starting printing lighter. Hopefully it keep getting better. If not I will try your method

This is most usually caused on a ValueJet by letting an Ink Cartride run completely run dry thus pulling ink back the wrong direction when the pump is in operation.
