Neolt Roller repair Replace ?

Hi,

Looking for advice please.

We have a Neolam 1650c its quite beaten up but functions ok.

The roller is quite damaged - see pic.

Can it be fixed , replaced ?

We are in the UK

Suspect this is a common issue.
