Awesome improvements, especially the 2-way communication! I can't wait for you to reconfigure the production board the same way as the install board, the drag-and-drop feature is amazing. Our only real complaint with the program is the lack of a visual way to prioritize jobs on the production board (yes, I know they can be numbered but it doesn't quite work for us), but the way the install board is now set is as perfect as it gets!

Loving Signvox... only request I have is to change the outgoing email address to something my customers recognize. I can't tell you how many of them have either deleted or put emails from mailman@signvox.com into their junk senders list. We go a week without having a proof reviewed and then have to start calling people and asking why.

Other than that one little thing, signvox is right up there with swapping my daige laminator out for the RS as the best thing we ever did. :thumb:

Thanks guys. By ISA you will see some of the previews I mentioned. I totally agree the priority works, but it was sort of a quickie just for you ;) until we could build something more substantial. Do me a favor. Send an email to Rao saying you love the install board but it is a must have for production, design etc. Maybe that will light a little fire.

Ironically, I talked to Rao last week about more or less this exact thing, but I didn't know the install board was coming. Specifically I mentioned replacing the job priority number with a "time due" slot would be most helpful for us, since the priority number still leaves a little gray area as to when the job actually needs to be done by. But being able to physically rearrange the order of jobs in production accomplishes the same thing, and actually is better because it gives you a much better visualization of what's due when.
