Maxx!!! is his name and he is a 1 year old cardigan Welsh Corgi.
I rescued him from someone who was ill and could not take care of him.

been 14.5 hours and he has already latched to me like a piece of velcro.

brought him to work today and because he is freshly neutered, he has to wear the shade of shame...lol

Poor guy keeps knocking over rolls of viny!!

Corgi's are great dogs. My parents have one and he is one of the best dogs they have ever had. They are super intelligent and personable.

I had no choice in the nut chopping decision...that is what the Corgi rescue association said had to be done before I got him. Hell you think I want him to hate me?

This dog has just one flaw and that is.... he keeps farting!!! jeeez. he walks by me and TPPPP ..... thank goodness there not to bad to take.

Wait. Just wait til he gets older. Break him of that habit now... or you'll be living in less than favorable conditions, not to mention what it will do if he gets in the same room when your prints are out-gassing, too. Not to mention a day after you were eating Mexican for supper the night before.

This surgery can be avoided, if you simply take one of the vinyl plastic end holders and sharply shove it up his a$$ and put a cork in the 3" diameter hole. Once a day, take him out behind the tool shed and pop the cork and when he's finished replace it unless it's too messy. In that case, insert a new cork..... and for God's sakes.... keep a bunch of them thar corks on hand while he's still a pup in training.

I was only kidding. I rescued a stray cat and the first thing we did was to have his "junk" cut off then we found out he had to have teeth pulled as he had a disease that can only be stopped by pulling his teeth, 7 of them. it's a running joke in our house "thanks for saving me, cutting my junk off and pulling half of my teeth.." and yes, he still likes us!

He sounds like a great addition to the shop.
Here's my shop mascot. His name is Winston. He is litter trained and doesn't ever complain.
Except he thumps at my feet when he wants to me to pet him.
