Nozzle check

We have a SQP ORYX3 printer, 7 months old and nozzle check isn't as perfect as in the beginning anymore.

Here are the pictures of nozzle check before and after 7 months. Nozzles are all but don't spray straight anymore.

I have always found that a good head soaking works, I've done it for a full weekend and Monday morning they are as good as new.

Very surprised a SwissQ would be doing that after such a short amount of time. You mention 7 months old... do you have a service plan or tech you can discuss this with?
Sounds too premature to be an issue this early on in their life. We have 5 year old heads that print straighter than that.

We do it already with flush, but only over one night. Is that maybe too short?
Can you explain how you did it? What are you using? Any other liquid?

We have alredy conntacted support of SQP and they said that problem is with stray light, because they think that we don't properly do masking around material which is thicker. Before SQP we have OCE Arizona and we did the same way of masking and we don't have any problems.
