Set up a page with 4 color swatches CMYK and set color volume to the max.
Print this a few times to get you ink flowing good again. Check the link I gave
if you need to replace heads, National Parts has the heads to fit you printer
at about $100. ea.

Hi thanks.. i am doing a print now at 1440x1440 to see if that can get the ink flowing. i will check out the link. you can send me the steps for replacing the head cause i am thinking about buying them. Thanks again

hi steeve i am getting the cyan now but now the yellow dont want to print..Y is it doing that? Is there anyway i can check the pump to see if it is working properly?

If your yellow is printing green it is probably due to cross contamination, and it
will eventually clear up after some printing. That's the reason for the color
swatch print I suggested. Keep trying, If that doesn't help... I don't know.
