Need Help OCE 660xt Only getting about half of a bags worth of ink

We have an Arizona OCE 660xt and have been only able to use about a half bag of ink before the machine says bag empty or change bag even if we replace the RF chip. I am seeing if anyone else has had this problem or maybe could offer some advice on how to fix this issue.

I guess it’s not saying it’s empty. Could it be it’s losing connection with RFID chips?? There are modifications to prevent interference between the rfid chip to lose connection. Contact your closest canon Arizona dealer so they can help you.
