Oce Arizona 250 GT Printheads Failed to Configure

I have an old Oce Arizona 250 GT, we sent off some of our printheads to get cleaned and when we got them back half of them would no longer print. So we had to order 3 printheads, I have changed printheads on this machine and our 350 several times. We buy the Toshiba 3A printheads from Allprintheads or digiprint whoever is cheaper and I glue the Oce bracket onto the printhead (saves like $800/head). Although now when I try to print it moves the gantry and right before it is about to print, I get printheads failed to configure. Without a service key I can't tell you much more. In the log files I can see which printheads failed to configure but that's it. Anyone ever had a similar problem or have any advise on who may be able to service this machine? We are in the OKC area.
