We are trying to use Onyx to place Zund QR codes on our jobs. Onyx place the code on the right edge of the print job and the place varies from job to job as the items we have on each sheet vary. Does anyone know if there is a way in Onyx to fix the position of these QR codes?

You should use right justification in Onyx. This will place the QRcode in the same position of each job printed.
