ONYX Crashing

I Have a job stuck in Rip que and Ive deleted out of the work folder but still see it when the program starts and then it crashes

Please Help

Find the file in Explorer.
onyx/work/printer_name/
There are probably 2 or 3 files with a name similar to your job.
Delete them and restart.

Edit - sorry you've done that.
Reboot the computer?
Sometimes they won't delete if there is an Onyx process running.

Sounds like an Anti Virus issue... I had that problem with both AVAST and MicroTrend antivirus programs.

1 - Close all onyx software.
To be sure:
Open windows Task Manager (Ctrl + Alt + Del)
Kill any type of "PosterShop", "PreFlight", "JAWS", or any other Onyx software that might be running.

2 - Go to your Onyx work folder (~ C:\Onyx10\Work\printer_name)
- Delete or move ALL the files to another folder

See if that works. The key is to make sure none of the ONYX software is running, because it is tying up a file somewhere in magic computer land.
