ONYX Gamma Print Help - Printing White

Hi,

I was hoping someone might be able to help me.

I have a file that needs to print white as a base coat. When I open the file in job editor and go to Change Profiles > Output, the Spot Channel Replacement isn't showing.

Looking at the description on the left hand side, it doesn't recognize that the file has a spot color of white. Even though I have set the file up saying there is a white component.

So my question is, how do I get the Spot Channel Replacement to show in the output section of profiles?

Thank you for your help.

Are you sure you're using a profile that has white built in? I'm not familiar with gamma print, but in Onyx Thrive look in the color correction tab and see if it shows a spot color. If it only shows CMYK the profile does not include white.
