Oracal 3641 or Avery MPI 3900

I need a cheap vinyl for some short term coro signs and these two are pretty cheap. Can anyone recommend one or the other? Thanks.

Thanks. I'm aware of Avery's past issues. FWIW, that site was last updated over a year ago. I'm just looking for an opinion on these two materials from someone who's used them.
