Oracal profiles for SP-540

I tried oracal site to download profile for sp-540 (versa works)
and it doesn't show one for versaworks.

Then I tried using sp-300 and it had one for versa works but after downloading it, I found out it only supports 720x720 mode.

Does anyone know why? or what I can do to use the full resolution?

Profiles I am looking for is 3165 & 3951RA

Output Profiles are built for specific resolutions. On the Roland, Mutoh, and Mimaki printers, 720x720 is the 'standard' resolution that is generally specified for manufacturer provided profiles. Your options would include hiring a color management consultant to build them at your desired resolutions, learning to profile yourself, or using 'canned' profiles from available sources.
