Is the Plastic track that Gemeni sells the same track the use on gas price changer signs? also whats is the best stuff to put this on with? will weld on work?

diff sign manufacturers use diff kinds a tracking. Gemini is popular. weld on will work. I like to use silicone and mechanical fasteners such as rivets or small stainless countersunk screws.
