Does anyone have any links or info comparing different plastics (in relation to signage)?

I have a customer looking for 8.5" x 11" prints, approx. 2mm-3mm thick. They will be in a snap frame, and left outdoors. What would you guys use?

Acrylic or polycarb will work fine. Also acm is a good option.

Foam PVC tends to warp outside.
