Pole Barn Sign Shop Layout

I am toying around with the idea of building a pole barn to expand my sign shop. We desperately need more space and an install bay for larger vehicles. My son also needs tons of storage for his construction business. I would love to see some photos of other people who have similar shops. I am at a total loss for floor plan.

This is our 60'x40' post frame with a 20' addition for a storeroom. Fairly simple with a dividing wall that isn't necessary unless you want to heat and cool a particular section.
