Pounce Pattern on Gerber Odyssey

Can someone tell me what I need to do, to be able to create a pounce pattern on my Gerber Odyssey? I'm familiar with pounce patterns but not on how to make them. I have a customer looking for a 24" tall pattern and I'd like to be able to produce that for them.
