Print job not lining up with location substrate - printing "off the page"

I have an HP365 Latex printer. We are using a 30" 3M window perf. We loaded it just fine, the printer knows it's 30". I am using a High Saturation profile. When it prints, it's printing as if the substrate is centered in the middle of the printer, not aligned to the right. So it's only partially printing on the material. How do I fix this?

Wrong size in the RIP?
Is the position right in the printer?

Also check your margin and or gutter size. We have had that cause the same thing before.
