Print on Latex 335 & cut on Roland XC 540

Hello. If I print the registration marks on roland then it works. If I draw the registration marks in Illustrator + print on latex and try to cut it on roland then it is not registrating the registration marks. This is the problem.

Quick question, just to cover all bases, are you laminating this material before you cut? If so, what cmyk are you using for the black its printing for the registration? Ive had issues in the past with rip software printing reg marks with a 0 0 0 100 and with the gloss laminate and it not being a deep enough black to properly read it, some sensors wont pick it up. If the roland prints and scans fine, but wont scan on the same print from another machine, id see if its my material setup causing it.
