Printer cleaning - Alternative to Chemtronics Fomatips Swabs?

We've been using Chemtronics Swabs for cleaning our printers since day one. They are good, but a bit on the expensive side. Does anyone have a suggestion for a good alternative to these? It's the daily cleaning around the edges of the printhead (not on it!) and the general weekly cleaning that we use these for today.
