Printhead misalignment on certain profiles

This issue I'm having only seems to be with one of the generic print profiles in my HP 560 Latex. The Generic Polyester Backlit Film profile is printing with my magenta heads out of alignment. If I print a gutter down the side I can see that the magenta is overlapping the cyan line. However, this is no gap between the magenta and yellow. It appears as though magenta is printing stretched. The colors all look fine with the exception of the magenta hanging over the edge. The printer wont let me run any calibrations with this profile or even a clone of it.

Printhead alignments are not tied to the media category or the print mode being used. Printhead alignments should be run on glossy self-adhesive vinyl for best results.
