Printing Bravura 450

Hi guys,

Has anyone had any luck printing on Ultraflexx Bravura 450 (or something similar)? I’ve been trying, but I keep running into head strikes.

I've run plenty of jetflex from ultraflex, how high is your vacuum set? How many passes are you using? And what is your temp set to?
More passes will help you reduce heat if its flat until the printer warms up.
More vacuum would help hold it down, but you can also keep the banner material from moving across the platen if its too high. At least my old HP had that problem.
