Problem Importing print profile

Hey all,

Having some issues importing a print profile from Grimco into my HP Latex 570. I've logged in to the printer ip and tried to import the dowloaded file but the hp says it cannot import and that the file was faulty. Any suggestions?

I've imported this file before (Maybe a year ago)but it somehow was removed from my substrate library.
